ARTFORMAHOME ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

§1 Definitions of terms

Seller – ARTFORMAHOME, with its registered office in Żurawica, ul. Jana Pawła 136, NIP: [complete], operating an online store at https://artformahome.pl, tel. 607 850 588.

Store – an online store operated by the Seller at https://artformahome.pl.

Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making purchases in the Store.

Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to business or professional activity.

Goods – products offered in the Store, in particular decorative items for interior design.

Regulations – this document specifying the rules for using the Store and making purchases.

§2 General provisions

These Regulations specify the rules for using the Store and the terms of concluding sales agreements between the Seller and the Customer.

 The Customer is obliged to read the Regulations before placing an order.

All prices given in the Store are gross prices (include VAT).

The Store operates in Poland and European Union countries.

The Seller has the right to change the Regulations. The changes do not affect orders placed before their entry into force.

§3 Conditions of placing orders

Orders can be placed via the Store 24/7 website.

The Customer can place an order without registration or by creating a user account.

After placing the order, the Customer will receive an e-mail with order confirmation and transaction details.

The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.

§4 Payment methods

The Store offers the following payment methods:

a) Bank transfer,

b) Online payment (e.g. BLIK, payment card, fast transfers),

c) Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) - available for orders in Poland.

Payment should be made within 7 days of placing the order, otherwise the order may be canceled.

 §5 Delivery terms

Delivery is carried out in Poland and European Union countries.

Shipping costs are free for all orders.

Delivery time is 5-10 working days from the moment of posting the payment or confirmation of the order in the case of payment on delivery.

The customer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt and report any damage to the courier.

§6 Returns, complaints and warranty

The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of its receipt without giving a reason.

To make a return, the customer should send a statement of withdrawal from the contract and return the product in an unchanged condition to the Seller's address.

The funds will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

In the case of defective goods, the customer may file a complaint by sending a report to the e-mail address: [e-mail address].

Complaints are considered within 14 working days of their receipt.

If the complaint is accepted, the customer may request the exchange of the goods for a new one, repair or refund.

 §7 Personal data protection (GDPR)

The Seller is the administrator of the Customers' personal data.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and contact with the Customer in accordance with the GDPR Regulation.

The Customer has the right to view, correct and delete their data.

Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

§8 Right to withdraw from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Seller of their decision and return the goods to the address provided in the Store.

The funds will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

The goods should be returned in an unchanged condition, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

§9 Final provisions

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

 Any disputes arising from the sales agreement will be resolved by the appropriate common court.
