Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable Polish law, including the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, and the Civil Code.

Customers may return products within 30 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

To initiate a return:

Fill out and attach the return form (if available)

Send the product back in its original condition to our address

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the product and returned via the original payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 working days. If accepted, we may:

Replace or repair the item

Or issue a full refund (including shipping if the entire order is returned)

Refunds are not available if:

The item has been used or is not in original packaging

Damage is due to customer fault

The product is custom-made or personalized

The return request is made after 30 days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Bank transfer → bank account

BLIK/PayU/Przelewy24 → same account

Cash on delivery → provide bank account for refund
